What happened

The guard-livereload Ruby gem, used for live reloading in development environments, appears to have a directory traversal vulnerability tracked as GHSA-G65V-27R3-5P6M. This vulnerability, existing in versions prior to 2.5.2, could allow remote attackers to read arbitrary files on the server through a socket. The issue is currently under investigation, and it is recommended that users upgrade to version 2.5.2 or later to mitigate potential risks.
