What happened

Reportedly, a path traversal vulnerability exists in Traefik's ReplacePathRegex middleware that allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to bypass authentication middleware and access protected routes by sending a single crafted HTTP request. This vulnerability appears to affect multiple versions of Traefik, including v2.11.47 to v2.11.52, v3.6.17 to v3.6.23, and v3.7.0 to v3.7.7. To mitigate this vulnerability, it is recommended to upgrade to Traefik v2.11.52, v3.6.23, or v3.7.7. For more details, consult the primary sources listed below.
